Data DictionaryThe PAgis Data Dictionary pages contain descriptive information about each layer that PAgis maintains. Information about each layer includes the intended use of the data, the map compilation scale, the feature type, the spatial reference, attribute field definitions, attribute domain values and maintenance frequency. The data dictionaries are organized by the corresponding data category of the PAgis strategic plan.

Data Request FormIndividuals and outside agencies can request GIS data directly from PAgis, but there may be a resource recovery fee for some data and/or products. PAgis does not charge a fee when data is requested for a member agency project, non-profit, academic or community service related project.
When utilizing PAgis data and products you must first understand and agree to the PAgis Data Use Agreement.
Use the PAgis Data Dictionary to see a list of available layers you can request from PAgis. The dictionary will give you information about what type of features each layer contains as well as attribute column descriptions and potential values. Once you know what layers you need, fill out the following information to request the data you want.

GPS Reference Station – General InformationThe Pulaski Area Geographic Information System (PAgis) is pleased to provide no-fee, public access to GPS reference station files used for differential correction. PAgis is also providing access to survey grade Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS for no-fee to users who wish to register with PAgis.
For survey grade RTK access, fill out the PAgis GPS Reference Station RTK Access Form.
The reference station is a Trimble® NetR9® Ti-2 receiving GPS and GLONASS sattelites. The antenna is a Zephyr Geodetic 2 and is located atop the North Little Rock Electric Administration building in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Use of the reference station is recommended for GPS end users within 300 miles/500km of North Little Rock, Arkansas. The station antenna is positioned at:
